Public Workshop Information

CalEPA held a public workshop on February 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. to discuss the potential proposed regulatory text.  The purpose of this workshop was to solicit early stakeholder input before initiation of the formal rulemaking process.  After the formal rulemaking process is initiated, the public will have the opportunity to submit comments under the procedures set forth in the Administrative Procedure Act.
