Enforcement Orders and Judgments

This page provides information regarding environmental enforcement orders in civil and administrative cases. Most administrative and civil environmental enforcement actions in California are taken by local agencies and are not reported to CalEPA. Certain administrative and civil enforcement actions of multi county or statewide interest have been made available to CalEPA as found below. Please note that this is not a complete listing of such cases.

Orders for the cases listed below have been summarized in the linked Enforcement Alerts. The complete enforcement orders are available upon request, as well as orders from 2019 and older. Please contact PRARequests@calepa.ca.gov.
