The California Environmental Protection Agency maintains e-mail lists (listservs) for stakeholders interested in the programs listed below. Each “subscribe” page allows you to subscribe and unsubscribe to each list. If you change your e-mail address you must unsubscribe and then re-subscribe with your new e-mail address.

CERS EDT Implementers | This listserv is intended for information technology professionals and others who have direct responsibility for implementing electronic data transfer (EDT) to the CalEPA Unified Program’s California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Subscribers will receive up to a few emails a month on news, announcements, and other technical content concerning CalEPA’s efforts to implement CERS2 EDT. | Subscribe |

Lithium-ion Car Battery Recycling Advisory Group | The Lithium-ion Car Battery Recycling Advisory Group was created to advise the Legislature on policies pertaining to the recovery and recycling of lithium-ion vehicle batteries sold with motor vehicles in the state. It is being led by the CalEPA, DTSC and CalRecycle. This listserv provides periodic updates to subscribers on upcoming advisory group meetings, announcements of public input opportunities, and notices when new information has been posted to the Lithium-ion Car Battery Recycling Advisory Group website. | Subscribe |

Unified Program | The Unified Program listserv is used to distribute program bulletins, announcements, and monthly newsletters containing information pertinent to the implementation of the Unified Program. Distributed information is compiled by the Unified Program state agencies: the CalEPA, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, the Department of Toxic Substances Control, the Office of the State Fire Marshal and the State Water Resources Control Board. It is distributed to subscribers, which include state agency representatives, Unified Program representatives, members of the general public and other interested parties. | Subscribe |
