The Department of Toxic Substances Control maintains e-mail lists (listservs) for stakeholders interested in the programs listed below. This page allows you to subscribe and unsubscribe to these lists. To receive an e-mail showing the lists you are currently subscribed to, please go to My Listserv Account. If you change your e-mail address you must unsubscribe and then re-subscribe with your new e-mail address.

DTSC: Management of Treated Wood Wastes - R-2005-04	Distribution of notices and information by email to persons interested in Management of Treated Wood Waste Regulations(R-2005-04). Health and Safety Code section 25150.7(g) requires DTSC to adopt regulations by January 1, 2007, to establish management standards for Treated Wood Waste as an alternative to hazardous waste requirements. DTSC: Water Quality Monitoring Requirements for Hazardous Waste Land Disposal Units: R-2004-11	This listserv addresses proposed regulations that would revise water quality monitoring requirements found in California Code of Regulations, title 22, division 4.5, chapters 14 and 15, article 6. These regulations apply to owners and operators of permitted or interim status hazardous waste land disposal facilities (e.g., landfills, surface impoundments, waste piles and land treatment units).
