Regulations: Cal/EPA Environmental Justice Small Grants

The Office of Administrative Law approved the regulations for the Cal/EPA Environmental Justice Small Grants Program. These regulations became effective on 4/1/04.

Description

The California Environmental Protection Agency has established the Environmental Justice Small Grants Program Act (Stats. 2002, Ch. 994) which establishes the Cal/EPA Environmental Justice Small Grants Program within the Office of the Secretary. The regulations describe the program procedures for applying for the grant, the criteria to be used in determining which applications will be funded, and the administrative and fiscal requirements governing the receipt and expenditure of grant funds in accordance with the Act.
