Enforcement Orders and Judgments

Cal/EPA Boards and Departments are required to post final enforcement orders on their web site for a period of time not less than one year (Government Code section 6253.8). Most administrative and civil environmental enforcement actions in California are taken by local agencies and are not reported to Cal/EPA.
