Decisions Pending and Opportunities for Public Participation

The Government Modernization, Efficiency, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2005 requires that State agencies post information on their web sites about public meetings, proposed regulations, and how to comment or otherwise participate.

Meeting Information

• Public Meeting Broadcasts. Generally, Cal/EPA's public meetings are audio broadcast over the Internet.
• Events Calendar. A listing of meetings and events pertinent to Cal/EPA, including a link to the Board's, Departments, and Offices Event Calendar.

How to Participate

• Cal/EPA's Laws and Regulations site lists any proposed regulations (rulemaking) packages and links to a page where interested parties can learn about public meetings, laws and regulations relevant to current public proceedings, and can submit comments on draft regulations.
