CUPA Evaluation Documents

Certified Unified Program Home

California law requires Cal/EPA to periodically evaluate [http://www.calepa.ca.gov/cupa/Evaluations/default.htm] the ability of each Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) to carry out the requirements of the Unified Program. Cal/EPA evaluates each CUPA about every three years (see evaluation schedule) using a team of staff from each state agency with Unified Program responsibilities. Select one of the CUPAs below to view the CUPA’s Evaluation Report from Cal/EPA and other related documents. Evaluation Reports prior to 2005 will be added as resources permit.
